OUTFIT: Stylestalker Panthers Lace Dress

Photobucket
photos taken by Alice Point

Little black dress revamped indeed! I love peplums so much and Stylestalker just did an amazing job on this one! Perfect fit and yes, Lace! I feel naked though haha, I'm not really used vamping it up. I need to learn how to be sexy damn it! Same shoes again because these photos were taken in London while I was living out of an empty suitcase (Empty because leaving space for shopping haha)

OUTFIT: Lace, Leather, Cuffs and Gloves

Photobucket

Some subtle creativeness styling-wise today, I layered jewelry (cuffs) on top of the gloves (I am a layering maniac after all so not even gloves are safe) and another subtle modifying is in the Zara skirt, the skirt is a long (floor) length skirt with slits on the sides (yes, I have the same skirt in white too!) So I simply folded/draped up the skirt and tucked it in for a wrapped mini effect.

New York Shopping ~ Part 1

Photobucket
Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

1st part of my New York Shopping haul! I was so lucky that I was not only flown into New York City by Manhattan Cosmetics and Joy Magazine to host 2 lucky contest winners on a personal shopping spree but I got a shopping budget myself as well ^_^ Oh boy Oh boy!

I already felt so spoiled by staying in a lush Hotel so the Shopping Spree was as icing on the cake!

As you can imagine I went like quite the tornado through Manhattan to visit all my favorite stores in 2 days!

On my way to Chinatown for the Bunny Iphone case I passed the Aldo store where I saw these lace espadrilles in the Window! Not quite the Valentino ones but close enough for $45! Another close fit would be the see-through lace espadrilles from Jeffrey Campbell (at shopbop and freepeople) but those are more of a natural-yellow collor and not as white!

And then back up on Broadway making stops at TopShop and a few other stores before going to Urban Outfitters where I found the Daisy Sunglasses and the ~OMG~ Shark duffle bag! Maybe "Jaws" needs some sequin pimpin' but even without the pimpin' it's one of my favorite new pets!

OUTFIT: new Isabel Marant Coat

I finally found my dream coat and it was on Sale!! I felt so lucky! So no need to say this new Alpaca wool toy made styling a lot more fun! Girly looks make so much more sense with a gender-bending coat! I'm wearing my Alexander Wang button up shirt under a lace dress, just the collar peeping out. It really gives a little nudge to a simple dress :)

Isabel Marant Coat, Alexander Wang shirt, Vero Moda lace dress, Betsey Johnson silver tights, Ebay boots, Chanel purse, Blackmarketbaby velvet Turban

OUTFIT: Tiny T-Straps

After seeing the Movie "Water for Elephants" I went straight to my closet to find these t-strap Marc Jacobs shoes again!

They used to be my favorite shoes for really the longest time a while ago. With the soft pink pearlized leather (yes, hard to photograph) wooden heels and tiny T-Straps they kind of look like vintage dancing shoes but they would fit perfectly in with a '30s Circus Artist look as well :)

So.. uhm yes, I guess "Water for Elephants" will be my next fashion inspiration! And not only Reese her looks but I really like the Menswear as well for outfit inspiration! I guess I have some shopping to do especially for the menswear looks which will be hard to find in a size Small...
