Just in Time

Just in time for the Holidays! WhoWhatWear asked me to style my favorite Nixon Watches in three looks during the day; morning, noon and evening. I had so much fun putting the gorgeous The 42-20 Chrono, the Monarch and the icy chic Monopoly to the test and making looks with them. My absolute favorite watch of the season has to be the masculine 42-20 Chrono, the watch is absolutely perfect in it's big size and with its bold details, I'm still swooning over this baby every day!

The 42-20 Chrono

Starting off the day hanging out with friends. A simple heavy metal tee, sequined shorts and boots were asking for some heavy metal on their own. The big, bold and heavily menswear inspired 42-20 Chrono watch is a real tour de force, perfect to kickstart any day!



The Monarch 

Dressing up for a work related lunch meeting I went for classics with a twist, inspired by suiting I matched a classic blouse and blazer with light hearted trousers with the intricate and rich gold and tortoise of the Nixon Monarch adding an instant Chic!



The Monopoly

Hopping on to a fun music and bubbles infused store opening event later in the afternoon, I decided to play up the tech inner city feel with a big fuzzy coat, tights, heels and finally slacking up on jewelry with necklaces and some colorful bracelets to go with the sleek, icy and strong streamlined feel of the Nixon Monopoly watch.

Maybe you have already seen some Black&White All Saints BelowtheKnee shots on Instagram? All Saints celebrates her new shoe collection with an amazing film featuring women from the New York City's fetish community (captured below the knee) and an Instagram contest! 

I love these All Saints shearling biker boots, they are perfect in all it's simplicity, my latest pair of Biker Boots lasted me for years and I had been looking for a timeless replacement! I styled the boots with leather shorts, a long sleeved cropped top and Muubaa's shearling biker jacket!

Another cropped top and I'm wearing my lilac topshop jeans again, sugar colors galore! The top is so cute.. but I'm not going to say what "veux-tu m'epouser?" means hahaha.. I try not to think about the fact that I am actually randomly "asking people" when wearing it because I want to wear it again :) I do like the fact that this totally tops any other flirty t-shirt quote out there and for that it is hilarious :) Forget being my boyfriend just marry me instead hahaha..

OUTFIT: Rain, Showers and more showers

Oh yes, its the season of rain, actually when is it not a season of rain?
Basically I wrote this because it was one of those days I got totally rained-on! Forgot my umbrella!
Worst thing, I don't mind a bit of rain when wearing the right shoes, is and always will be my hair! I just wished there was a quick fix for rain-ey hair! Like a after rain hair-101!

Today will be such a busy day! I have a meeting in half an hour and afterwards I need to prepare blogposts (I expect slow internet for a few days) and packing! Packing since I'm flying tomorrow morning to London! Should be really good ;) I love London so much plus I'm looking forward visiting my favorite trim stores for making new diy's!

Enjoying the Heatwave in a new dress I bought on Sale in the Zara! The dress was the only one left in a size Medium, so actually a size to big! but for $10 is was worth the tiny effort of taking it in myself ;) The collar Necklace and cuffs are new as well (H&M) and I'm wearing a necklace underneath the collar for that little "extra"

No I'm not anywhere fancy! Spending a day in the Zoo with friends who came over from Antwerp for the day! The nice part about this Zoo (Burgers Zoo) is that they actually re-build a giant Jungle, Desert, Mangroves and an Ocean so in a way we did kind of feel like being on Vacation which was a reason for us to act like it of course! Only part missing was a Beach, hopefully they will build it soon ;) for the Turtles of course, it's still a Zoo..
