My instagram obsession as of late is the inspiring Taylor Sterling, the creator of the glitter guide. I absolutely love looking at her light enchanting photos of her daily life that make me want to do all the things I love to do even more, her instagram reads like a perfect guide for those of us who reach their 30's where the glam and glitter spreads from our wardrobes into creating a dream home step by step, one item at the time, and where our love for fashion makes way for love for a family, baby sock and baby shoe at the time. Taylor's enchantment lies in the beautiful organic pace of daily life.

Pretty Holiday Nails

Nothing makes me more happy than adding some Holiday glitter, glamour and sparkle to my nails! Whether you stick with fun loving eye catching nails or go for ultra pretty and glam, the Holiday season is perfect for some feel-good-me-time magic with these tutorials here. My personal favorites (that I'm dying to try) are the marble nails (I still need to find a good tutorial for those) and I love the gradient nails (I collected a Gradient Nails tutorial here)! The rhine stone nails are new for me too but I think they would look marvelous on special occasions like the Holidays and New Years eve but somehow I can't help thinking they would get stuck in my hair ;)

the Bow Tie

Nothing is a quicker wardrobe fix and a timeless wardrobe up-do than adding a little bow tie to a look! I love the velvet ribbons worn a la Alexa Chung with feminine (and vintage) blouses and cardigans and really love bow ties peeking out from under leather biker jackets. Wearing colorful bows with knitted sweaters give an instant winter coziness while tiny bows with menswear inspired suiting in brown and navy colors give a gorgeous classic look!

Moon Goddess Jewelry Inspiration board

Some more Moon, Constellations, Alchemy, Chrystal, Goddess and Witchcraft Inspiration! Last week's Tattoo Inspiration Board consisted of mostly Moon and Mystical/Occult inspired Tattoo's and this week my attention shifted a bit further and towards jewelry and accessories! Maybe it's because of that witchy True Blood season 2 or having watched "the Craft" again but I find myself all of the sudden filling in my Santa wish list with Pentagram Cuffs and Roze Quartz Rune stones!

I adore Lizzy's summer looks and I equally fell in love with her quirky Fall layering! Lizzy's style is spontaneous, colorful, fun, effortless and unforced! I love her big oversized jumpers and colorful sweaters easily styled with skirts and topped of with beanies and boots! The overknee boots are perfectly styled for the season and her blue sweater/blue Dr Martens look is one of my favorite inspirational looks as of this moment!

Vanessa's looks as of late are brilliant! I adore her below the knee shorts, combined with cropped tops, jumpers and biker jackets. Vanessa easily molds the boxy modern silhouette trend into perfection and although her style is quite different than mine I still get plenty of inspiration and ideas!

Hair Inspiration

I love the powdery teased and tousled updo's because they seem to have that perfect retro, nonchalant and yes, sexy feel! I love to tousle my hair with dry shampoo but now I'm thinking about going one step further by working with wave curler (to get that frizzy feel) So exited and yes a bit scared hahaha

It's like I want a touch of magic in whatever I wear and soft lilacs and lush greens mixed with creamy whites, tropical brights and brocade golds have been on my mind non stop! Tim Walker's work is not only airy beautiful but has a strong contemporary and surrealistic touch too which makes which it all the more interesting inspiration styling wise!

A little while ago I showed you one of my tattoo inspiration collages and secretly I'm contemplating getting another tattoo so I have been looking for inspiration yet again.  I love small tattoo's and I love quotes and words. For me one of the most important things is the placement! At first (and still am a little) I was thinking about getting another hand tattoo, on my finger this time but the truth about hand tattoo's is that they don't stay pretty, they bleed, fade and blur out quickly and horrible and only very rarely they stay nice (the tiny bunny on the finger is totally cute but will be a shapeless blur in no time). I do love tattoo's on the ribcase/sides and love tattoos just under the collarbone too when the placement is absolutely perfect. Right now I'm leaning towards a quote just under the collarbone but I will think about it some more.

Wear Bomber Jackets

Alice Point is one of my favorite bloggers for a reason! Besides being a good friend I really love her sense of style! I have been drooling over the Bomber jacket trend lately and although they just go perfectly with skinny jeans and dr. Martens I really love how Alice mixed them up with pastels, high heels and soft whites! It's Brilliant and bold and it really makes me want to have a go at the Bomber Jacket trend as well!

Weekend Workout Inspiration ~ Bootycamp

Yes! there is such a thing as a Bootycamp!
I 'm really not a "Workout" kind of girl, too Lazy and proud of it but then again I have been neglecting my assets for far too long (meaning my little Tush) so it's Bootycamp for me to enhance and sculp some curves!

Believe it or not it's actually quite easy to grow a nice Tush. A while ago (okay I lied, years ago) I actually put myself through a little Bootycamp before and it really really worked! I believe I found the exercises in the Allure Magazine (not 100% sure though) and saved the clipping like my life depended on it! 

I'm pretty sure I never threw it out, I mean who would trow away the key to a perfect Booty, right? So guess what? I can't find it anywhere! Luckely it's in a Womans DNA to remember everything that contributes to her figure... ^_^

There are so many Booty exercises online  for so many different results like toning and  firming but for me since I want to enhance curves and create mass, It's: 

Squads
Step Ups
Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
and Hamstring Curls with a stability ball 

So yes, this will be me this weekend... exercising...

Right now I'm just lusting after everything blue, blue all stars, a blue petticoat, blue simple tee's, blue settings with white beaches and a clear blue sky.. 

Just a whole world colored in light and baby blue's.. Because they mix so beautifully in modern silhouettes with pops of brights and neons or with sandy neutrals, soft whites and warm browns for softer outdoor looks.

I want a Hair-Change for the Summer! 

So naturally the idea of pastel pink hair is the first thing that comes up, haha. I actually had a Pink washing before but only on the really blond/light hair you could see it, my guess is that on me and my shade of blond hair the first image will be how it would end up looking (the ends will be more dark/orange) Shall I do it?

Weekend Play: Big Rose Blush

This Summer its all about having a big rosey flush to go with a pretty natural look with just some mascara and a subtle cateye or just a dab of lush pink or ruby red on the lips instead! 

Where I normally go for a very light shade for a very subtle glow, this Summer I will def up the color intensity just a few notches to give me a more intense Rose Blush!

I'm a big fan of Allure magazine's 'the 10 commandments of Blush' (also seen here) where you quickly notice that a lot of the commandments are about priming your face and using the right tools and yes, the right blush-formula for your skin!
